If you place an order by mail or phone, please inform us that you saw our online catalog on the World Wide Web. We also welcome any comments or feedback on our Web-site.

Payment Terms

You can submit payment for your orders by sending a check or money order with your completed copy of the printable order form on our website. Orders paid by personal check will be held until the check clears my bank. Click here for a Printable Order Form that you can fill out and mail in. You can also pay for your order with your credit card through PayPal. Click below to go to the PayPal site.

Most Orders Shipped Within 24 Hours

We will update this website regularly (weekly), so everything you see here should be in stock and most orders will go out the day after we receive them. Please call in or email your order so we can advise you of any delays and suggest alternatives if possible.

Return Policy

Once a piece of fabric has been cut off the bolt, it is non-returnable. Fabrics sold “By the roll” can be returned only if they are UNCUT! All returns should be made within 30 days and fabric must be in new condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will exchange for other merchandise or refund the purchase price of the returned item, whichever you request. Please pack returned items securely and insure the package for your protection.

PACKING, DELIVERY and INSURANCE (Continental U.S. Only)

Please add to your order accordingly. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your zone and weight of your order. Due to weight on Canvas and Oilcloth, extra shipping is required.

FOREIGN ORDERS

For orders shipped outside the U.S., actual shipping costs will be charged. International Postal Money Order in U.S. funds is also acceptable. Please state preference of air or surface delivery, and include the appropriate amount of shipping. If you are unsure of the shipping costs, contact us by phone or E-mail.
